To be the direct point of contact between PCA and Brand Ambassadors during events. The Project Manager will lead the Brand Ambassadors during the events and also be the point of contact for the client.
Responsible to arrange the venue and attend training. If any event items, collateral, or premiums need to be on-site and/or distributed, the PM will be in charge of picking up or receiving the items as well as delivering/bringing the items on-site.
Refer suitable BA for the demo. Compile each of the store's sales numbers and send to PCA the full recap report list every Monday.
Responsible to attend training. Responsible to be on-site, on-time, and be a good representative for our company and the brand. Will need to fill out proper paperwork (must be a U.S. citizen with social security number) and send back along with the necessary event recap information and photos.
BA: need to send back information on what worked, things to improve, marketing elements, total attendance, demographics, ethnicity, male to female ratio, age group. Need photos of: booth setup, collateral/on-site POS, BA interaction with guests, patron engagement. Photos need to be sent in a folder sent via WeTransfer.com. BAs need to send this back in 48 hours.
